Excellent furniture and service. My partner and I are currently kitting out our house and we keep finding ourselves gravitating back to Eureka for furniture. Natasha and Kathy are a delight to deal with and we love how in the loop they keep you when something has to be ordered. Made swapping an item for something larger easier than brushing your teeth. We just bought Our Dream Farmhouse, so obviously had to visit Eureka Ballina. We wanted to feel n see what we were after in person instead of taking the risk of ordering online n not getting what we wanted. On our arrival we were greeted by Natasha an absolute legend who went above n beyond to give us THE BEST Shopping experience! We went in to just look at lounges, to make sure the one we saw online was comfy...it was n came with feather cushions...too...Our sons are carpenters ... they can build most of the recycled wood pieces we wanted...but when we saw the Special prices at the moment n how well made they are we bought everything Here!! All to be delivered at a very reasonable rate...👍 We highly recommend Eureka n hopefully you get Natasha to look after you too. 😁👍👊

Natasha (Tash) and Maria, at Ballina, welcomed us into the store with a warmth and friendliness that made our experience at Eureka fun and enjoyable! Their customer service is to a high standard. We purchased a beautiful couch and arm chair and they couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging prompt delivery. Very happy!

Brilliant range really eclectic mix of styles and one-offs service superb thanks Natasha and Nick for the wonderful advice and help out back with loading etc. Worth the four hour round trip just for the pieces I got and service. Check out this gorgeous beauty taking pride of place in the beach shack. Almost $1000 off, sensational quality will last a life time and so unique. Keep the range fresh, and we will keep on coming up for more fab buys. Thanks again

Had a wonderful experience in store today. Kathy Tash & Nicole were all so friendly and helpful which made the experience so much more enjoyable. We got exactly what we were after. So happy with our new lounge, coffee table and tv unit. Great prices, beautiful products and amazing staff! Highly recommend.

We love the new 3 seat recliner lounge and the castlereagh timber round table is the perfect fit for the area we have.
